Orders can be changed or canceled within a short window after placing them. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to make any changes.
Care instructions vary by product and are listed on the product’s page and on its label. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and tumble drying on low to preserve the quality of the fabric.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Some items like swimwear and undergarments may not be eligible for return due to hygiene concerns.
